Julie Seward, MEd, RDH
Julie is a dental hygienist, public health leader, consultant, and citizen of the Cherokee Nation with more than a decade of experience advancing Tribal and community oral health, workforce development, and cross-sector systems change.
Her perspective bridges clinical care, program leadership, coalition building, policy, grant strategy, and implementation. She founded Openseat Consulting to help organizations build strong partnerships and turn complex challenges into clear, achievable work.
